What is the Application Fee?The Application Fee is $50 per adult. This fee is non-refundable.

How do I pay Rent?All payments will be made through your online portal. You can access the portal on a computer or on our mobile app.

When do I pay Rent?Rent is due on the 1st of the Month. Rent is late on the 2nd of the Month. A late fee will be applied to all balances on the 6th of the month.

What is the pet policy?We know how important your pets are! The majority of our homes are pet-friendly. We charge $10/month/pet as well as a $250 refundable deposit per pet.

When do I get my security deposit back?Typically security deposits are returned within 30 days of move-out. In some cases it may take up to 60 days.
