Rent Reporting

Every month, we report your rent payment to all three major credit bureaus: Experian, TransUnion and Equifax. The boost people see from this varies, but our renters have seen an average 60 point increase in the 1st year of reporting!

  • What is the Application Fee?
    The Application Fee is $50 per adult. This fee is non-refundable.
  • How do I pay Rent?
    All payments will be made through your online portal. You can access the portal on a computer or on our mobile app.
  • When do I pay Rent?
    Rent is due on the 1st of the Month. Rent is late on the 2nd of the Month. A late fee will be applied to all balances on the 6th of the month.
  • What is the pet policy?
    We know how important your pets are! The majority of our homes are pet-friendly. We charge $10/month/pet as well as a $250 refundable deposit per pet.
  • How do I request maintenance or repairs?
    All maintenance issues must be submitted in your Resident Portal. Your Property Manager will respond within 24 hours. For emergencies please call
  • When do I get my security deposit back?
    Typically security deposits are returned within 30 days of move-out. In some cases it may take up to 60 days.
